Except for the one with House and the elastic band, they all look like photos taken between shoots. Not photos from the episodes themselves.

I cannot stop laughing at the first picture. Maybe it's Hugh menacingly preparing to take a dump on the chair and RSL looking terrified. Maybe it's the superfluity of teddy bears. Maybe it's the large gaping guy in the hallway. Who knows?
